The Director of Email Acquisition & Engagement will oversee all growth and retention strategies for the PragerU email marketing program. This position will report directly to the CMO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of PragerU’s email acquisition and lead generation efforts including paid ads, organic campaigns, website conversions/integrations and more.
  • Manage all aspects of PragerU’s email engagement strategy ensuring we are hitting key benchmarks for an engaged/active email list.
  • Functionally oversee lead generation aspects of paid ads team, social media team, and influencer/outreach team.
  • Develop and create continuity between all of PragerU’s acquisition efforts across different channels.
  • Manage and oversee analytics and performance data including on-going measurements and reporting for cost per lead, value of lead, lifetime value etc.
  • Leverage marketing technology to automate campaigns where possible while applying customization and personalization.
  • Oversee lead generation partnership with outside organizations and partners, work to grow the number of partnerships we have in this area.
  • Oversee landing page creation for lead generation efforts.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 5-7 years experience in email marketing, specifically including acquisition growth management
  • Must have expertise in direct email marketing and SMS practices
  • Experience with conducting A/B testing
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns for lead generation across many platforms
  • Experience with website conversions and landing pages focused on lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities, including goals and projection setting, and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 depending on experience. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
