The Traffic/Project Manager will serve as a liaison between Design/Marketing, Web, Fundraising and Production teams. In it, you will coordinate fluid workflow for various projects including web updates, digital marketing, advertising, events, social media, video content, and general materials. You will be responsible for administering project management support as well as executive administrative support to the CMO.This is a great role for someone with prior traffic management experience at marketing/web agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain company-wide project list, provide status updates, follow-up with departments, and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines
- Act as intermediary to coordinate internal resources and/or third parties for the flawless, on-time execution of projects
- Create schedules, meeting agendas, establish and assign follow-up tasks, create project workflows, and set deadlines for various stages of a project
- Maintain job files
- Create reports for Marketing and Fundraising teams as needed
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
- Stay highly organized, prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
- Continually work with the team to develop and improve processes
- Assist CMO with any day-to-day support as required
Requirements:
- 3-5years general work experience
- STRONG web and mobile app/digital realm understanding
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Experience tracking tasks from inception through completion
- Be a real self-starter, don’t wait to be told what to do, and use critical thinking to stay ahead of a project
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership
