Location: Hollywood, Florida (Full-Time In-Office)

This is a unique role with high visibility, as you will not only be assisting the Chief Development Officer manage the fundraising team with day-to-day duties, but you will be trained on the nuances of fundraising for a fast-growing non-profit organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and act as the first point of contact for the CDO
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the CDO; manage and log incoming schedule requests, reschedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate all meetings; RSVP for events; schedule business meals and make the appropriate reservations; handle detailed expense reporting and ensure that the CDO is always aware of his schedule and any changes
  • Provide special project support to the CDO and team
  • Interact professionally with high net-worth individuals/donors, respecting privacy and protocol
  • Serve as de-facto ‘office manager’ for small regional office, ordering office supplies, overseeing building communication, etc.
  • Call and cultivate donors as assigned from portfolio which will be created for you
  • Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 2-5+ years of experience
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced work environment — and ability to get up to speed quickly, solve problems independently, and juggle multiple assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and no hesitation to reach out to anyone
  • Loves PragerU, and eager to share our story with donors nationwide
  • High level of oral/written communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Tech-savvy and know how to figure out software you may not have worked on (Expensify, etc.)
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to successfully multitask
  • Team player
  • Maturity - ability to present well to high-level donors and other team members

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $55,000 - $75,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
