The Digital Asset Coordinator will work on the team that manages the lifecycle of all creative digital assets, including photography, artwork, video, social content, etc. across the company with emphasis on capturing, tagging, organizing, distributing, and archiving assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Digital Asset Specialist to administer the day-to-day operations of PragerU’s Digital Asset Management system using Canto, Air.inc, Synology and Airtable
  • Define, implement, and manage the full life-cycle, archival, and distribution of all digital assets
  • Maintain file-naming conventions and metadata standards across multiple digital asset categories
  • Maintain file-sharing protocols for in-house staff and outside vendors
  • Support team with critical and time-sensitive digital asset acquisition requests
  • Train and onboard new users to the DAM system and assist with questions from existing users
  • Assist project managers in ensuring production deadlines are met
  • Assist data team in identifying trends in content creation and performance

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • Clear understanding of file conversions
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with experience working across multiple teams
  • Deep knowledge of image, video, and audio encoding formats and industry best practices
  • 1+ years of digital asset management experience working with an enterprise-level DAM system preferred
  • Experience working with Canto, Air.inc, Synology, Airtable, and Slack platforms preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Cloud, Canva, Figma, and Frame.io is a plus
  • Experience in DAM migration and consolidation is a plus

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $52,000 - $62,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
