We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team to help hire and retain top talent! PragerU is experiencing incredible growth and we need additional support to help drive our recruiting efforts and deliver a great candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions, including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, etc.
- Partner with HR/Recruiting team to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Act as a strong business partner by offering support and solutions to fill open roles
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews (phone, video, on-site)
- Build and manage candidate relationships
- Provide ongoing recruitment and selection guidance to hiring managers
- Participate in recruitment initiatives, projects, and project teams
- Conduct reference checks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Assist HR team as needed
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- Previous HR or Talent Acquisition preferred (3-5 years) in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment
- Passion for our vision and mission
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
- Team player with a positive attitude - willing and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
- Proven high level of integrity and work ethic
- Critical thinking skills
- Experience with Google suite

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $55,000 - $65,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
