PragerU is the world's leading conservative nonprofit that is focused on changing minds through the creative use of digital media. Taking full advantage of today's technology and social media, we educate millions of Americans and young people about the values that make America great. We’re proud to be voted among the “Best Place to Work in Los Angeles” by the LA Business Journal 3 years in a row.

The Engagement Manager will primarily focus on outreach to warm prospects to invite donors to join the Donor Club at the Club One level with gifts of at least $1,000. Fundraising for the Club One team is driven primarily by engaging donors through the telephone and supported by emails and text messaging. In the future, we may expand prospecting efforts to reach out to cold prospects.

In addition, the Jr. Engagement Manager will own a portfolio of approximately 300 donors who have given between $1,000 and $5,000. The Jr. Engagement Manager’s goal is to steward and renew donors in their individual portfolio (Club One), find ways to increase their support of PragerU, and, when applicable, qualify and refer donors to gift officers on other fundraising teams.
