Location: Los Angeles, California (on-site 5 days a week)

The Executive Assistant to the CMO will be responsible for administrative and project management support. The ideal candidate is extremely bright, comfortable around high-level individuals, and displays impeccable judgment. The ideal candidate will not only be able to execute on tasks big and small, but have the foresight to anticipate issues and resolve them before they occur.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to CMO
  • Draft and proofread emails, agendas, and itineraries
  • Maintain company-wide project list, provide status updates, follow-up with departments, and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar; manage and log incoming schedule requests, reschedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts
  • Book travel and handle all travel related logistics
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
  • Stay highly organized, prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
  • Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience supporting C-level executives
  • High level of oral/written communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, initiate and complete work assignments with minimum direction
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Suite
  • Extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to successfully multitask
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, ability to thrive in both structured and unstructured environments
  • Must be able to work quickly and juggle lots of balls in the air at once
  • MUST be a critical thinker
  • Team player with a strong sense of urgency
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $80,000-$100,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
