PragerU is proud to announce the launch of PragerUKids. This is a newer program in our organization dedicated to bringing parents the resources, support, and edutainment to teach children about America’s blessings and limitless opportunities. Our aim is to inoculate children against the indoctrination being taught in government schools today, and we will do this through a variety of edutainment content/programming, live events, newsletters, and community. We have a unique niche in providing supplemental educational material for children, all of which is non-partisan in nature.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a right hand to the Vice President on day-to-day operational matters
  • Refine systems to ensure consistent, high-quality program management - each content line should have Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline workflows, limit risks and ensure success
  • Liaise with cross functional departments to develop an accurate and replicable system for reporting key performance metrics and other measurable outcomes
  • Develop a repository of testimonials, accolades and other recognitions that support external reporting and communications (eg. marketing collateral, grant proposals to donors/partners, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics for convenings and/or events, including but not limited to quarterly Advisory Committee Meetings, parent/child focus groups, monthly Kids Team meetings, annual Kids Team retreat, etc.
  • Have a top-level view of all PragerU Kids projects and advise on areas for optimization, where applicable
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15+ years overall work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills and project management experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interface with high-level stakeholders (Board Members, Donors, etc.)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Work well in teams /collaboratively
  • A passion for saving America’s minds
