In addition to making and marketing digital content, fundraising (online & offline) is the largest part of our daily work. We are looking for an experienced executive to support the rapid growth of the company, who will have experience in these capacities. This person will work closely with our CEO, CMO, and fundraising leadership. The ideal candidate has no ego and can roll up their sleeves in a growing organization where no job is too small or too large. We need someone who is strong in anticipating issues and averting problems before they arise with extensive experience in leading nonprofit/fundraising organizations. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Company strategy for growing online revenue through both subscription offerings, ongoing online fundraising, and expansion of donor clubs and partnerships with other organizations which can yield growth
  • Expand new relationships with educational entities through marketing/advertising and distribution partnerships, helping us grow new verticals
  • Oversee the expansion of mass donor acquisition efforts, by identifying new opportunities for donor list building and digital programs
  • Push efficiency in all key touchpoints in regards to how we work - annual donor strategy, donor meetings in person, events, meeting travel, etc.
  • Learn and engage as needed with our most valuable donor base and cultivate relationships, with and without CEO
  • Work with program teams on ensuring we are optimizing for the best metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, and staying on top of macro trends
  • Work with content production/marketing team to increase operational efficiency wherever needed
  • Foster process for strategic planning as needed, and ensure alignment between fundraising and all programs

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 7+ years of management experience, including working with companies of 100+ staff and $50M+ revenues
  • Deep fundraising organizational experience
  • Impeccable writing/communication skills, organizational skills, project management skills
  • Zero ego, and highly professional judgment - know when to pull CEO in for guidance and when to make quick decisions and move things forward
  • Hunger/driven to succeed - this role works closely with the CEO and thus requires an individual who has the same level of hunger to succeed, passion for the cause/company and will put in the time/effort as needed for a ‘Company First’ mentality
  • Understanding of digital marketing and production strongly preferred
  • Strong passion for our vision & mission, strong Conservative, pro-American values and knowledge of our digital footprint

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $100,000 - $250,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
